Battery Charger not Working?

Recently, I have experineced a battery charger failing to work due to the cables fracturing at the moulded plug end, i.e. where it plugs into the battery box/pack.

I have sucesfully repaired mine as I was able to locate a replacement plug body.  So providing a replacement plug is available I can also repair this for you (if it turns out the it is a faulty cable). 

If you have a new machine or piece of equipment still under warranty then it should be returned to the supplier.
